HEXATECH Ltd. was established by individuals in August, 1998.
The owners of HEXATECH Ltd. take part in leading the company by controlling the professional fields assuring the operation.

The expert staff of HEXATECH Ltd. have taken an active part in implementations consisting of specialised fields of the construction industry, such as hotel trade, pharmaceutical and heavy industry, office, trading and social buildings and other special projects.

Our customer doesn't have to engage in further technical negotiations and administrations in connection with the plan, implementation and achievement of the project, because we'll assure for handing over the turnkey jobs with total satisfaction. As our main profile is engineering, our present expert staff consists of building engineers and technicians supported by the administration staff. Presently, we have considerable amount of shares in three specialized enterprises, operating for several years, which participate in the implementation of projects won by Hexatech Ltd. Hexatech Csőszerelő Ltd. (assure) provides physical labour force for implementation of hydraulic installations (heating, cooling, water, sewerages, rain-pipes, etc.). Budapest Klíma Ltd. provides physical and intellectual sources for designing and implementing building monitor systems needed for the constructional engineering jobs, computer-assisted and general conditioning systems (R22, 407C, 135, etc.). As a further task, this company is to assure the necessary engineering and automation maintenances and operation according to the customer's demands. The assets provided by the extra capacity of the above mentioned three companies increases highly our reliability and flexibility.
Presently, our fourth company is under registration who will be responsible for the air engineerings.

Thanks to the new owner, HEXATECH Ltd. got into an ideal situation in respect of financing the investments. Our registered capital is presently HUF 20,000,000 which was paid in cash deposit in total.
